Core Principles

AI Transformation Comes Down to Upskilling and Building Systems

Most organizations treat AI as a technology problem. Others treat it as a generic change-management effort. Both approaches fall short.

Successful AI transformation depends on whether employees understand:

How automation logic actually works.
How to design workflows that humans and AI can run together.
How to build an implementation system that coordinates these efforts.

Without these foundations, organizations end up with performative AI:
Shiny tools, a mess of use cases, and isolated wins that never scale.

Our Role

Adapt and Innovate L&D exists to help organizations:

Teach skills and build systems for effective automation and augmentation.
Save time by building workflows that cut drudge work.
Prioritize best-fit use cases based on business priorities and AI maturity.
Track implementation efforts to drive measurable results.

Less clerical work.
More critical work.

Let's Adapt and Innovate.

Operations Teams Are the Architects of Modern Work

We believe AI adoption should start and be owned by Operations.

Operations leaders sit at the center of how work actually flows. They live in inboxes, documents, requests, reports, handoffs, and follow-ups. They absorb the cost of inefficiency first and see friction across teams before anyone else does.

This puts Operations in a unique position to:

Design workflows where humans and AI share responsibility.
Identify which use cases actually matter.
Coordinate adoption across functions.
Decide what to scale, refine, or shut down.

Operations leaders are no longer just coordinators of work.

They are
designers of how work gets done.

Automation Creates Time for Operators to Redefine Work

AI transformation succeeds when organizations start with automation instead of the fun projects.

Automation reduces manual rework, stabilizes handoffs, and removes coordination overhead from daily workflows.

When work becomes predictable, teams regain time (and cognitive space).

When people aren’t buried in intake, routing, and follow-ups, they can:

Evaluate tradeoffs instead of just executing tasks.
Decide what matters vs. what’s merely urgent.
Apply contextual judgment where rules break down.
Use AI as a tool in their decision-making instead of a replacement.

Meet the Founder

Andrew Kenger

For over a decade, I’ve been focused on one question:
How do organizations turn learning and strategy into real operational capability?

I’ve worked across classrooms and boardrooms designing learning systems, upskilling programs, and operating models for teams responsible for bridging strategy and execution - moving work from idea to value.

Across industries, I kept seeing the same pattern:
Strategies can be thoughtful. Tools can be powerful.
But without the right systems, transformation breaks down at the operational level.

That's why I focus my AI transformation work on Operations: The team closest to workflows, handoffs, inboxes, requests, and follow-ups.

I build Ops-focused AI courses and resources, powered by the AI Implementation Platform™ to help Operators:
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that add AI capabilities without subtracting human judgment.
Build the systems required to implement, govern, and scale AI adoption.
Track progress, spot trends, and improve current efforts.
Offload busywork to let employees focus on critical tasks that add real value.

Fewer manual handoffs, better decisions, more meaningful work, and measurable business impact.

Let’s build skills and design systems that immediately change how work happens.
